A proof of inherited superior qualities of Miracle Fame

Mark and Rachel and Colin and Jan Kehl (Rachel’s parents) purchased him as a foal just weaned off his mother in October 2008.

He was bred by Alan Woodbury, who is known for his performance feed formulas (Woody’s Feed) and also now for breeding some incredibly well and new age bred barrel racing horses. Marlene McRae was friends with Alan and it was through Marlene that we were given the opportunity to purchase this impeccably bred barrel racing colt. Which we are forever grateful!

‘Famous’ as he is affectionately known landed in Australia in February 2009, he was broken in by Rachel in 2010. He was just ridden around property, many miles around fence lines and checking dams on 28,000 acres and also used for mustering when we knew things would go ok.

Famous spent a week’s holiday at the beach in December 2012. Famous started going out to compete in divisional barrel races in 2013. He competed in his first Rodeo in 2014.

Miracle Fame thrives on attention and he loves work and being ridden. His want for work allows him to have a very trainable mind and together with his athletic ability combined with his natural instinct to hunt a barrel makes for a really nice ride!
